Herber offers automation cells for pipe sets in various sizes. Two examples of complete solutions are presented below. On the left is shown an efficient cell that includes cutting, marking and tube bending, combined with a pick-in-pallet solution. On the right you see a cell for coil-fed material, which integrates cutting, end forming, drilling, bending and deep drawing. The products are then transported to a washing machine via a conveyor belt.
Since the start of our automation project with our pipe-kit cell, we have received fantastic support from Herber and T-Drill. We have now had the cell in production for two years and are very satisfied. The OEE level is high and setup times meet our expectations. In conclusion, a very professional project with excellent results.

With our automation cells, you can streamline several steps in your manufacturing process. Shown here is an advanced dual flow cell. One side is used for bending and end forming. The other side handles end forming and collaring at the same time.
