Volvo Buses has been a valued partner to Herber for many years. For several decades, they have chosen Herber as their supplier of tube bending machines for their prototype manufacturing department.
Herber tube bending machines have been an integral part of our operations for decades. With Herber as a supplier, we've been able to produce both small volumes of bent tubes and provide our prototype development with the tube-bending solutions we need.
Recent investment
In the start of 2024, the collaboration between Herber and Volvo Buses took another step forward. A need for a new model was identified, resulting in a new Herber 350RL which replaced two machines previously in use. With this new machine, they can now use multiple tools simultaneously and bend in several directions within the same program.
