Herber’s Service Agreement
To maintain optimal performance, preventive maintenance and continuous service are essential. By signing a service agreement with us, we ensure that your machine remains in top condition over time. You will receive regular maintenance, repairs when needed, and fast assistance through our support team.
Herber’s Basic Service Agreements
To make it easy to find a service option that suits your business, we offer three basic agreements based on your machine usage.
BASE
Recommended for equipment/machines running 1 shift (1,800–2,000 hours/year).
MIDI
Recommended for equipment/machines running 2 shifts (3,600–4,000 hours/year).
MAXI
Recommended for equipment/machines running 2 shifts or more (4,000+ hours/year).
