The machines in the Tube Qualify series (D8, X10 and X16) are fast and accurate measuring systems for contactless inspection of bent tubes and profiles. The system measures directly in production and can provide results in as little as two seconds.
Compared to traditional tube inspection, Tube Qualify makes it easier to detect deviations early, reduce waste and save time in production. The associated software collects data from design, inspection and analysis and acts as a hub in tube production.
The system can also be integrated into automated production lines together with, for example, robots, automatic feeding solutions, CNC tube benders and receiving units.
